As a Senior Executive, Facilities Operations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and manage infrastructure and facilities across polyclinics to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient clinic operations
• Lead facility upgrade, renovation, and improvement projects in alignment with organizational objectives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and patient experience
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems
• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues to minimize operational disruptions
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain healthcare environmental standards
• Plan, coordinate, and execute facility upgrade, renovation, and improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, safety regulations, and healthcare operational standards
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions to relevant authorities
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Develop project scopes, feasibility studies, budgets, and implementation timelines
• Support procurement activities including tender preparation, evaluation, and vendor appointment
• Manage contractors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and oversee defects rectification
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, capital expenditure, and improvement projects
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Lead and manage the team to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Any other ad hoc duties.

• Possess a recognised degree in facilities management or equivalent
