We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Retail Operations Executive to support both store and back-office functions. This role involves coordinating daily retail operations to ensure efficiency, with a strong emphasis on HR administration, inventory management, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for retail and support staff, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records such as attendance, leave, and claims for both store and office personnel.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by consolidating attendance data, overtime hours, and monthly commission reports.
  • Handle employee inquiries and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations, particularly at the store level.
Administration & Operations
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across retail stores and the back office, covering areas like supplies, maintenance, contracts, and utilities.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, security, and housekeeping services.
  • Manage purchase orders, product inventory, pricing updates, and store supplies.
  • Oversee inventory control, including shipment tracking, stock transfers, and consignment management.
  • Monitor stock levels, sales performance, warehouse coordination, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate product, inventory, and purchase records in the internal system.
  • Perform monthly sales and payment reconciliations.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports on leads, sales, stock levels, and administrative matters.
  • Provide operational support for marketing events and in-store activities when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including pivot tables, and familiar with retail management systems.
  • Solid understanding of retail labor laws and regulatory requirements.
