- Role: Full-Time Trade Operations Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international trade documentation is required.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary range: $3,500 – $4,500/month
- Days off: 8 days per month (Weekends off)

✅ Job Scope- Assist the Trade Operations Manager in executing signed commodity trade contracts.
- Review contract terms and prepare all necessary Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Liaise and negotiate with commercial banks for the issuance of LCs.
- Serve as the primary contact for reviewing trade contracts and following up on shipping and logistics arrangements.
- Knowledge of the iron ore industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts regarding trade contracts, shipping, and banking transactions.
