Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Actively promote the restaurant’s beer selections to customers, providing detailed information about various brews, including flavor profiles, origins, and brewing processes. This involves engaging with patrons to recommend beers that complement their meal choices and personal preferences.
• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment by initiating conversations, offering samples, and educating customers about beer pairings. Building rapport with guests enhances their dining experience and encourages repeat visits.
• Sales Generation: Implement strategies to boost beer sales, such as suggesting premium or craft beer options, introducing limited-time offerings, and upselling larger servings or beer flights. Monitoring sales performance and adjusting tactics accordingly is essential.
• Event Participation: Represent the restaurant at events, festivals, and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. This may include setting up booths, distributing promotional materials, and conducting beer tastings.
