Inventory Planning Executive | Central | Automotive - Geylang

Main Duties:

• Responsible for car parts ordering by evaluate IDIS Purchase Requisition daily
• To optimize inventory in the regional depot
• Maintain good procurement suppliers’ relationship for the company
• Convert purchase requisition, issue PO to suppliers, follow up backlog with suppliers
• Ensure part availability according to pre-defined Service Level
• Work closely with all BUs within the supply chain, including Head Quarter in Germany
• Inventory analysis (service degree, stock depth, surplus stock, aging stock etc.), highlight any abnormal findings and potential improve area
• Prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports
• Parts readiness study for New Car Launch for the region
• Participate in ACE team in automate process by using power automate/power anywhere
• Recommend strategies to improve inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs and minimize obsolete risk
• Undertake any ad hoc project and initiatives as assigned by the Management
• Initiate action plans to improve current process, as well as cost saving

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in inventory planning
• Good knowledge in SAP (MM Module); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Ms Excel
• Experience in Power BI, Power Automate, Office 365 and SQL
• Good understanding of supply chain process
• Good understanding and hands-on of key performance indicators for inventory planning
• Ability in reviewing data analysis and meticulous attention to detail, identifying data anomalies, trends or deviations
