We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT systems, from budget planning and tender award to implementation, maintenance, and operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with IM8 governance, and driving successful project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle — planning, execution, deployment and maintenance.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with IM8 governance and audit/security requirements, including resolution of VAPT findings.
- Support system operations during warranty and maintenance phases, ensuring service continuity and user satisfaction.
- Handle procurement activities such as drafting requirement papers, reviewing proposals, and managing contracts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and management updates.
- Coordinate meetings, track project progress, and perform secretariat duties (minutes, agenda, and document circulation).
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and end-user support coordination.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project and operations management.
- Knowledge of IM8 compliance, government procurement processes, and contract/vendor management.
- Experience managing on-premises and cloud systems; exposure to cloud modernization, containers, and integration preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or technical certifications are advantageous.
