Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems.We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration projects. They ensure that various hardware, software, and networking components work together seamlessly to meet the project requirements. The role involves managing technical tasks, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, performing system testing, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with standards.You will play a key role in overseeing the system integration lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required technical specifications.

- Project planning and activities execution throughout project lifecycle.
- Management of resources to meet project objectives & milestones delivery.
- Management of stakeholders (End Users, Customers, Contractors, OEM etc.) expectations and concerns.
- Project reporting and updates to stakeholders and management.
- Guidance and mentorship of engineers within the project team.
- Knowledge in Electronics & Electrical Engineering / Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project environment.
- Experience in delivery of IT systems and VM applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous.
