About the role
SOON HOCK SPRINKLER SYSTEM PTE LTD is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR cum Account Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day HR and accounting operations.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the full range of HR responsibilities, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration
- Handling payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee payment records
- Providing administrative support for accounting functions, such as invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and month-end reconciliations
- Answering employee inquiries and being a point of contact for HR and accounting-related matters
- Maintaining and updating HR and accounting databases and filing systems
- Supporting the implementation of HR and accounting policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HR or accounting assistant role
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
