Job Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Management of email correspondences, drafting of replies
  • Attending to guests and visitors
  • Preparation for meetings
  • Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
  • General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
  • A positive work attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills - Self-driven and highly-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Have initiative, independent and well-organised
  • Enjoy communicating with people
