[Airfreight Import] Customer Service Manager

Mon to Fri (9am - 5.30pm); Alt Sat (9am - 1pm)- Lead and manage the Airfreight Import Customer Service team to ensure efficient and timely handling of import shipments.
- Oversee daily import operations, including documentation, customs compliance, billing, and shipment closure.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships, handle escalated issues, and ensure prompt resolution of service concerns.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customs, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant import processes.
- Lead staff development through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Support business growth initiatives and perform other duties assigned by management.
Strong expertise in Import workflows, and knowledges of CargoWise system
