Overview

We are hiring Flexi Customer Service Assistants to support members across multiple service channels including phone, face-to-face, and email. This role offers flexibility with no fixed schedule, allowing you to select shifts based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to members’ enquiries on schemes, policies, and services accurately and promptly
Provide support in a warm, professional, and patient manner, including assisting elderly or distressed individuals
Navigate internal systems and knowledge bases to retrieve accurate information and document interactions
Follow established service protocols, scripts, and escalation procedures
Meet service quality standards such as accuracy, handling time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English
Strong listening skills and ability to explain complex information clearly
Empathetic, patient, and composed in handling different customer situations
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Adaptable to changes in policies, procedures, and systems
Comfortable using computer systems and digital platforms

Training

Mandatory training programme prior to deployment
Covers schemes, services, system usage, and service standards
Assessment required before deployment
Ongoing training provided for updates when necessary

Work Arrangement

Flexible, on-call basis with no fixed schedule
Available shifts will be released for selection based on your availability
