Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in enquiries from policyholders
- Follow up on unresolved cases within agreed timelines.
- Manage feedback, appeals, and minor complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Support multiple service touchpoints (e.g. Digital Comms, Call Centre) when required.
- Assist with ad hoc duties and projects.
- Rotate across different service centres as needed.
- GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a frontline, customer-facing environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
