Our client a leading cyber security and network performance solutions provider. They are now looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Cross-functional engagement is required across Channel Sales, Territory Sales, Operations, Product and Marketing teams to develop innovative sales strategies, pricing models, launch plans and partner identification/enablement campaigns
- Managing and track and report on the growth of all sales and renewals across Singapore.
- Research target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and grow sales qualified pipeline
- Promptly follow-up on inbound sales inquiries and generate new sales qualified opportunities to contribute to the pipeline generation
- Support the sales team in region by scheduling meetings and demos with potential prospects and existing customers
- Support the Marketing team by promoting webinars and events for the region. Including sending event invitations and managing follow ups. In person participation to events might be required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Marketing:
- Organize, execute, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Design and create compelling graphics and written content to attract and engage target audiences – partners & EUs
- Be resourceful in sourcing creative corporate gifts/event venues for customers
- Seasoned in establishing event budget, secure funding source and manage expenses to the planned budget
- Being proactive with the sales team & vendor (channel & marketing) to develop marketing activities (events, digital campaign) that align with sales objectives.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to invite potential and existing customers to invite for event/workshop/promotional activities
- Demonstrate early-stage leadership by guiding junior team members or peers in executing marketing plans and problem solving
- Independently manage 2-3 key vendor portfolios, executing and planning marketing activities to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry experience in Cybersecurity / IT security related business development and marketing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and goal-oriented
