About the role

As a Sales Manager at Kingdee International Software Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within the Kingdee International Business Center. This is a full-time position based at Robinson Road.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute robust sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing strong relationships and identifying new opportunities
Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and share best practices
Analyse market trends and client requirements to identify potential areas for growth
Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
Ensure sales targets and objectives are consistently met or exceeded
Provide regular sales performance reports and recommend strategic improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the software industry, with a track record of exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for growth
Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales
Familiarity with the latest sales tools and techniques
Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
