Administrative assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative matters and provide day-to-day office support
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with financial records
  • Assist in HR-related matters such as documentation and coordination
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers for administrative and logistics needs
  • Assist in social media postings and simple content updates
  • Perform general administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
  • Ensure smooth office operations and support management as required.
  • Alternate Sat half day.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, GCE O Levels or ITE qualification
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Dynamic team player with good communication skills
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work in office
  • Singapore Citizen.
