• Act as the go-to person for retail staff on HR matters and employee relations.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the right talent joins the team.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administration with accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and retention.
• Partner with store teams through regular visits and open communication.

• Diploma in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within retail or service industries.
• Strong people skills, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
