Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to support Human Capital Development initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Head to manage end-to-end HR activities, with a focus on learning, performance, and employee growth, ensuring that our people are supported, engaged, and set up to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Development & Learning
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organise learning programs, workshops, and skill-building initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs that focus on employee growth and integration.
  • Help implement mentoring, coaching, and development plans for staff.
  1. Performance & Engagement
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and inclusive workplace.
  • Collect feedback, track progress, and help drive improvements in employee experience.
  1. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS with accuracy.
  • Support payroll and leave administration.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore employment laws and internal standards.
  1. Reporting & HR Projects
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports on training, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Contribute to HR projects that improve processes, policies, and culture.
What we are Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on talent development, training, or employee engagement.
  • Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and support strategic HR initiatives
  • Good to have: Familiarity with AI tools or data-driven HR solutions to enhance efficiency and insights.
  • Passionate about developing people and supporting a social mission.
