• As Finance Manager, you will oversee full-spectrum finance functions including reporting, compliance, and operational finance, supporting the day-to-day financial health of the organisation.
• This role is highly hands-on and business-facing, working closely with management and centre operations teams to ensure strong financial governance, cost control, and sustainable growth across multiple preschool centres.

• Lead full-spectrum Financial Management, Cahs Flow Management & Reporting including monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reporting.
• Drive Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis to support operational and strategic planning.
• Manage AP, AR & Payroll Functions, including staff salaries, CPR contributions and related submissions.
• Handly administrative functions such as staff claims, basic HR coordination and general office administrative matter.
• Monitor centre-level financial performance, including enrolment revenue, cost control and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local Regulations, audit requirements and internal controls.
• Liaise with tax agents and external stakeholders and auditors (if any).
• Partner with operations and centre leaders to support data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting with professional certification preferred (CPA / ACCA / CA).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Finance Experience preferably in SME, Education or Service-based environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounts, payrolls and operational finance.
• Familiarity with GST, CPF, and local compliance requirements in Singapore.
• Proficient in Accounting Systems & Microsoft Excel.
