This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional to drive the growth and profitability of a specialized health insurance portfolio. You will support departmental leadership in executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to meet profit targets and manage the full underwriting lifecycle for individual and corporate portfolios in alignment with internal risk guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and product training sessions to intermediaries and key business stakeholders.
- Oversee the continuous review and enhancement of policy documentation and marketing collateral.
- Relevant professional insurance certifications, including a Certificate in Health Insurance.
- Proven track record in business development within the Singapore insurance sector, specifically in medical or healthcare lines.
- Strong technical competency in underwriting principles and risk assessment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills to manage diverse client and intermediary networks.
- Proficient in market research and delivering professional presentations to drive business negotiations.
