Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Vehicle Engineering Executive to support our projects in bus refurbishment and mobile space innovation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in technical drawings, possess a good understanding of the structural and mechanical systems of commercial vehicles, and the ability to translate engineering requirements into practical, implementable designs.

• Develop technical and fabrication drawings for vehicle layout modifications, racking systems, component mounting, and electrical integration.
• Collaborate with workshop and project teams on bus and coach modifications, including interior fit-outs and system integration.
• Identify tender opportunities and support the preparation and submission of bid applications.
• Prepare drawings and documentation required for PE endorsement, regulatory compliance, and LTA submissions.
• Participate in on-site installation reviews, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical input during the build phase.
• Assist in material selection, system feasibility assessments, and sourcing activities in coordination with procurement and operations teams.
• Maintain an organized library of technical drawings and manage revision histories across all projects.

• Diploma in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Applications from fresh diploma graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Good understanding of bus or heavy vehicle systems (e.g., chassis, drivetrain, electrical wiring, structural components).
• Prior experience or internship with bus bodybuilders, vehicle workshops, or engineering consultancies
• Ability to interpret PE specifications and develop compliant technical drawings.
• Practical knowledge in vehicle modifications, retrofitting, or mobility solutions.
• Familiarity with Singapore's transport regulations (LTA) is an advantage.
