• E-file accident report via GEARS System
• Process and assess insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verify claim documents and ensure compliance with GIA policies and regulations.
• Prepare Letter of Demand for claims recovery submission
• Manage incoming offer and negotiate settlement
• Maintain accurate records on claims activities movement status.
• Liaise with customer and insurance company to facilitate claims process.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct report.

• Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Comfortable with learning new systems
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse group of customers in verbal and written
• Good customer service skills, administrative skills & interpersonal skills
• Patience, Meticulous, Customer-Oriented Mindset
• Ability to work as part of team that exhibits a constructive & collaborative working environment characterized by diversity & tolerance
