We are looking to hire a project executive (Market Research) to embark on a fruitful journey for market research. We strive to achieve good rapport as a team and a working culture for everyone's benefit.
If you have a knack for managing things, are able to plan and stick to your outcomes, like keeping things in order and seeing your hard work turn into reality, this role could be for you. You would be exposed to various research projects and understand the methodology of projects.
If you have relevant experience in events industry, running marketing campaigns or have done research projects before, it will be advantageous.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This position deals mainly with project management towards research-related project works and assists in the setup of the research project, managing key events, and administrative matters relating to monitoring and reporting. You will be exposed to various aspects of a project to pick up relevant skills.Including data management.
Specific Responsibilities:
- To understand the office SOP and resources.
- Organize, plan and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures.
- To assist with the execution of projects in general based on the client's requirements.
- Work closely with the company management and manage tasks.
- Create and maintain necessary project mgmt docs (Excel, charts, schedules, follow-up with the external vendor.)
- Manage field operations
- Survey methodologies and designing of the project.
- Apply planning and execution plans, and link tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Build rapport.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and to work within the project schedule.
- 5 day/week, 10am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place after confirmation)
- Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.
- Training will be provided, good job to gain experience. Learn to have good coordinating skills.
- Diploma holders should have experience to apply.
