Responsibilities:
- Provides trading and advisory support to Japanese speaking clients
- Onboarding of Retail Corporate and Institutional clients
- Organize webinars/seminars and marketing activities to increase and engage the Japanese speaking community
- Able to engage partners and KOLs to grow the channel business
- Participate in building and translating online trading platform and business
- Able to get the Capital Markets Services License in three months
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English is required (Able to speak and write fluently)
- Degree in Finance or its equivalent preferred
- Certifications in CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A will be advantageous
- Prior experience in investment and/or customer service will be advantageous
- Diligent, meticulous, patient and resourceful
- A team player who can work well with internal stakeholders including Backoffice and IT.
- Strong knowledge and interest in Financial markets and products including Equities/Fixed Income/Options/ CFDs and Derivatives products.
