Japanese Speaking IT Specialist (ID: 692840)

Our client, a well-known firm is currently looking for a Japanese Speaking IT Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT setup and troubleshooting support, focusing on internal team needs.
• Configure and resolve issues related to PCs, Wi-Fi, Internet connections, and application systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers and hubs.
• Plan, implement, verify, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN environments.
• Manage server configuration, maintenance, and operations effectively.
• Construct and troubleshoot network security solutions, including VPN and firewalls.
• Propose, implement, and optimize IT environment improvement plans, ensuring operational integrity.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to IT processes and operations.
• Perform administrative duties and offer customer service related to IT functions to Japanese speaking customers and vendors
• Conduct troubleshooting and training on business systems as requested from Japan HQ
• Maintain and update VBA programs for operational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese customers and Japan HQ
