We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Clinic Assistant to join our growing family medicine and preventive health clinic.
Responsibilities- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Basic administrative and billing duties
- Chaperoning and assisting during procedures when required
- Dispensing medication and stock management
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and infection control standards
- Processing corporate and insurance claims
- Prior clinic experience preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computer systems and administrative work
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly and supportive work environment
- Office-hours practice (minimal overtime)
