Responsibilities

Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Proactive in new sales acquisition and expanding of clientele base
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
Actively identifying and generating new leads and opportunities
Manage and follow through the entire sales process
Always maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients
Provide quality after-sales services
Attend to client's feedback/complaints in a timely and professional manner
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements

Minimum “O” Level, with at least 2 years of working experience in sales.
Previous experience in related field/service industries will be an added advantage.
Possess valid Class 3/3A driving license
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Sales driven and results oriented
Have excellent customer service attitude, communication and problem-solving skills
Meticulous, responsible and resilient in a dynamic environment
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Bilingual/multi-lingual will be an added advantage
