1. Set sales goals and performance metrics to drive team success.
2. Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
6. Identify client needs and customize security solutions to meet those needs effectively.
7. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our security services and products.
8. Monitor sales team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
9. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

1. Qualifications:

1. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the security industry.
3. Strong understanding of security services and market dynamics.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients. Transport Provided (Class 3 Licence Preferred)
