Job Summary

Lead contracts and vendor management within a facilities management environment. This role focuses on contract governance, service performance management, and operational improvement across building and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee contracts for facilities and outsourced service providers
Draft, review, and execute contract agreements and documentation
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are met
Support repair and replacement (R&R) projects and facility improvement initiatives
Investigate faults, complaints, and operational issues and recommend solutions
Manage budgeting, cost tracking, and contract-related expenses
Develop policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives
Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
Provide regular reporting and updates to management

Requirements

Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline
At least 5–8 years of experience in contracts management / vendor management / facilities management
