Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Location: Changi Airport

Work Hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Key Responsibilities

Partner divisions in project planning, procurement, contract awards and management
Review and drive the improvement of procurement controls and processes
Support the monthly closing, forecast, and budget exercises in updating data, consolidating information, and developing reports, impactful trends, and variance analysis
Process procurement transactions, ensuring compliance and value for money
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

5 years of procurement experience
Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful and analytical
Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Past procurement experience in public agencies is advantageous
Relevant experience in the use of systems including GeBIZ, Workday, and Workflow is advantageous
