About the role
This is a part-time Repair Sales Assistant position at KEYSHOE ENTERPRISE' in Serangoon Central, North-East Region. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and repair support to our clients, ensuring their footwear and accessories are well-cared for and looking their best.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming customers to the store
- Assessing the repair needs of customer items and providing transparent quotes
- Liaising with the in-house repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Providing updates to customers on the status of their repair requests
- Handling cash and card payments for repair services
- Maintaining a clean and organised retail space
- Supporting the wider retail team as needed
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the footwear industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent customer experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess repair needs
- Basic numerical skills for handling payments
- A passion for fashion and footwear
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
