As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Warmly welcome patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
- Handle billing transactions, payments, insurance claims, and assist patients with billing inquiries or financial support options.
- Provide support to healthcare staff during examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Monitor, restock, and manage clinic supplies and medications while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
