Patient Service Associate (5.5 Days @ Farrer Park Medical)

Responsibilities (80% Paperwork, 10% customer service,10% Hands-on):

80% Paperwork:

• TPA, Insurances and Medisave processing claims submission
• Applying for insurance LOG & other matters relating to insurance (eg. Enquiries)
• Imaging, Laboratory and Hospital Admission processes
• Provide Financial counselling and coordinating of patient surgeries
• Scanning of patient medical reports

• Reception duties such as greet and register patients, schedule appointment and process payment
• Handle incoming calls & emails inquire
• Chaperone Doctors and assist in administrative and clinical support
• Conduct stock-taking and ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Candidates at least (GCE) N Level or above
• Fresh grades with No work experience are welcome
• Some medical knowledge in billing software
• Insurance Claims processing is highly preferred
• Openness to learn new skills set and follows SOP standards
• Ability to multi-task and priorities
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
• Able to start work in short notice
• Salary based on relevant experience within the healthcare industry

Working Hours (5.5 Days per week):

• Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Sat: 8:30am to 12:30pm
