Treasury Operations Specialist (Private Banking) - Bukit Merah

Provide back office support and service on private banking and treasury operations

Provide back office support to Treasury and Private banking projects, UAT Testing and system enhancement
Provide back office support to Treasury and Private banking on new business and new products
Provide back office support for branch business
Assist to set up process and risk control for transactions, settlements, confirmation, statements, Corporate Actions and other routine jobs
Assist to check and verify transactions, settlements, confirmation, statements, Corporate Actions and other routine jobs
Assist to check and prepare periodical reports and ad-hoc reports if required
Ensure that internal rules and procedures are adhered to and in strict compliance with the regulatory rules
Set up risk monitoring mechanism to prevent unnecessary audit findings
Supervise and monitor performance of department staffs and provide relevant guidance

Requirements

Min 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations settlement
Experience with Continuous Linked Settlements (CLS)
Relevant settlement experience in a banking environment
Good processing knowledge of financial products: FX, FX Option, Swap, Equity, Funds, Bonds, Notes, Structured products
Familiar with corporate actions and its related operations
Relevant experience in Banking systems (eg Murex, FCC, PB system, Swift, MEPS+, SGTR system)
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Good ability to provide guidance to team members and monitor team members’ performance
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of related regulations, Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection and Operational Risk Issues
