Job Responsibilities

Verify and confirm transactions including FX (Spot, Forward, Options), structured products, bonds, derivatives, and new instrument creation.
Assist with asset transfers and resolve related issues.
Monitor pre-funding reports and update securities pricing daily.
Validate treasury and private banking settlements and monitor settlement status.
Ensure settlement funding accuracy and check structured product settlements.
Review corporate action events, communicate with relationship managers, and follow up with custodian banks.
Validate incomes and securities received from corporate actions.
Perform daily securities position reconciliations and review system-generated reports.
Validate and send transaction confirmations and statements to clients.
Maintain and verify client transaction documentation.
Manage daily trade reporting and compliance follow-ups with relevant authorities.
Support system enhancements, bug identification, and conduct regular disaster recovery drills.
Prepare KPIs, transaction volume reports, and fee processing.
Conduct system user rights reviews and regulatory reporting.
Perform quality checks such as voice log monitoring.
Respond to inquiries from various teams and assist with product reviews, audits, investigations, and procedure updates.
Carry out periodic self-inspections and support audit requests.
Assist with client confirmations and balance certificate preparation.

Key Requirement

At least 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations and settlements.
Experience with Continuous Linked Settlements (CLS) and Corporate action plans
Experience with banking systems (Murex, Swift, MEPS+)
Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Awareness of regulatory requirements including AML, data protection, and operational risk.
