Logistic Coordinator [ 5 days / Import & Export ]

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating shipments and communication with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Support daily logistics tasks including PO processing, SAP entry, invoice and BL checks, and shipping schedule updates.
• Track and manage supplier and customer orders, ensuring on-time fulfillment and accurate forecasts.
• Assist to monitor and control inventory for temporary and BCP stock.
• Liaise with forwarders for import/export shipments and ensure proper shipping documentation.
• Support cost monitoring and basic logistics reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Able to handle high volume of Purchase Order (PO) issuance and processing.
• Experience liaising with freight forwarders for shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
