Customer Service/ Logistics Coordinator – Up to $4,200 + VB – Bukit Merah
- Location: Bukit Merah
- Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (8.30am to 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus

Descriptions:
- To coordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, freight.
- To process online freight bookings via the system.
- To follow up on booking confirmation with carriers.
- To prepare booking confirmation to customers.
- To follow up on any required approvals and etc.
- To prepare documents, invoices, debit and credit notes.
- Any other duties when being assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in Shipping and Logistics.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
