Sales Engineer (FA Components)

Salary: S$4,000 - S$6,000

Our client is a Japanese manufacturer of electronic products. They are seeking a Sales Engineer (FA Components) to join the team. You will be covering ASEAN countries and Bangladesh.

• Develop new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with customers for FA component businesses.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies and implement sales plans to achieve sales growth objectives and drive revenue.
• Identify potential new markets and expand customer base and extends the company’s regional reach.
• Generate new sales leads, build channel base, manage dealers, distributors and other channel partners, build strong relationship with consultants and contractors etc.
• Actively involves in commercial and technical discussion with customers together with the engineering team; gather customers’ feedback for further products improvement and uncover emerging opportunities.
• Identify customer preferences, conduct competitors’ activities in the territory and keep abreast of the industrial market trend.

• Variable Bonus (Depending on the company and individual performance; on average 2 months)

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related technical qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of regional sales and business development experience in the related industry, HVAC or Data Centers.
• Knowledge of AC Drives
• Has good contact with consultants/contractors in ASEAN countries.
• Willing to travel when required (20%)
