Sales Engineer - Equipment Sales (LED/LCD)

Salary: S$4,000 - S$4,300

Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales Engineer.

Reporting to the Section Manager

• Introduce and share information on the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.
• Support on pre-sale and post-sale.
• Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention.
• Attend and follow-ups to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Able to meet customer to handle complaints for negotiation and follow up purchase order etc.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Able to work independent with minimal supervision.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year of Sales Engineer experience in the semiconductor industry, LED/LCD industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
