Sales Coordinator - Jurong East - 5.5days, Alternate Saturday - Up $3000

Job Scopes:

• Handle vehicle purchase and sales documents accurately.
• Coordinate with banks, dealers, and finance teams for settlements.
• Update records and maintain proper filing.
• Support teams with vehicle delivery and transfer processes.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time.

• Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with local suppliers.
• Develop and expand sales channels to achieve annual company sales targets.
• Assist management with ad hoc tasks and Directors’ PA duties.
• Support daily sales operations and related administrative activities.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required.
