Cowork Customer Service Executive (City)
About the role
Centennial Business Suites is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cowork Customer Service Executive to join our vibrant team based in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our coworking space clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
What you'll be doing- Serving as the primary point of contact for all coworking space members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Greeting and welcoming coworking space members, providing a friendly and professional experience
- Handling booking and reservation requests, managing booking calendars, and coordinating client access to shared facilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the coworking spaces, ensuring a professional and inviting environment
- Providing administrative support, such as managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implementing improvements
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across the business
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within a coworking, hospitality or office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with booking/reservation systems
- A friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
