Morgan McKinley is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a contract assignment with our multinational client, a leading social media technology company.

Be part of a team of creative problem solvers dedicated to optimizing our advertising solutions for businesses. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as the technical expert for clients and internal stakeholders, advising on best practices and resolving technical challenges.

This role requires curiosity, adaptability, and a knack for developing creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Become an expert on our advertising solutions and consult clients on best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advertising solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client issues and develop technical service plans.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
With 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within a Tech or AdTech company.
Proficient in SQL.
Experience with RESTful APIs, troubleshooting third-party scripts, and SDKs for ads tracking.
Knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies like pixels, ad servers, and ad delivery.
Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
