Part-Time Warehouse Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry in Excel to track stock movements and delivery status.
- Assist with physical stock counts and verify them against the system manifest.
- Cross-check incoming goods against packing slips and report any damages or shortagesimmediately.
- Provide concise shift-end updates to the team regarding stock availability.
- Help organize the warehouse layout to ensure items are easy to locate and count.
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, retail, or administrative environment.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on spotting numerical errors.
- Reliable and able to communicate clearly with the rest of the operations team.
- Quick learner who can adapt to specific inventory logging processes
