Warehouse Assistant / Executive (Part Time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Part-Timers to join our team in Jurong West. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want hands-on experience in warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will play an important role in supporting daily order processing, stock handling, and warehouse operations to ensure products are packed and delivered accurately and on time.

• Carry out daily warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting, labelling, and stock handling.
• Support e-commerce order fulfilment for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tik Tok.
• Prepare outbound documents including pick lists, packing lists, and courier waybills.
• Assist with stock counting, inventory checks, and stock updates in the WMS/eWMS system.
• Help with unloading incoming goods and support put-away and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Support general warehouse housekeeping and day-to-day operational tasks.

• Hands-on exposure to warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment operations.
• Experience using WMS/eWMS system for inventory and order management.
• Better understanding of logistics, stock control, and supply chain processes.
