Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of In-Plant Logistics.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and stock accuracy.
  • Assist in ISO audits (9001, 14000, 45001, 28000) and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments.
  • Troubleshoot packing facility issues and support case studies.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure on-time delivery without container rollovers.
  • Perform month-end inventory reconciliation using SAP & WMS.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of logistics/warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in SAP MM/IM and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work on Jurong Island and travel between plants/warehouses.
