Recruitment Sourcing Specialist – Tech Hiring (R&D) | 12-Month Contract

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead sourcing efforts for multiple and often complex technical roles across all levels, focusing on attracting top R&D talent.
Work hand-in-hand with Recruiters, Coordinators, and Hiring Managers throughout the full recruitment cycle to ensure hiring goals are met.
Build a solid understanding of the business and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (HR, hiring teams) and external collaborators.
Take ownership of sourcing strategies — propose innovative methods, launch new initiatives, and enhance current processes for better efficiency and impact.
Analyze sourcing data and market trends to deliver insightful, up-to-date talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and business growth.
Deliver a top-notch candidate experience and proudly represent the company as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience using sourcing tools like Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative channels to connect with passive candidates in the tech space.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
Prior experience working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors or partners.
Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced sourcing or recruitment environment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities — comfortable working with data to guide strategy and decision-making.
