Join our Product Development team to bring fresh ideas to life for our flowers, hampers, and gift collections — from Valentine’s Day and Christmas to Mother’s Day and beyond.
Working closely with florists, designers, and marketing teams, you’ll turn insights and trends into collections that delight customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Seasonal Planning
- Lead the planning and execution of annual and seasonal product collections (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day), taking ownership of concept, theme, and product mix.
- Analyse customer insights, sales data, and market trends to curate collections that meet revenue and brand objectives.
- Source suitable raw materials for collections, ensuring quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Customer Quotations & Custom Requests
- Respond to B2B / custom enquiries with tailored product recommendations and competitive quotations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure pricing, feasibility, and fulfilment needs are met.
- Market & Category Analysis
- Research competitors, market trends, and emerging categories to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Analyse sales performance, inventory, and customer insights to provide actionable recommendations for assortment, pricing, and product positioning.
- Photoshoot & Visual Coordination
- Oversee product styling and photography to ensure consistency and alignment with campaign theme.
- Coordinate with photographers and graphic designers for key campaign shoots.
- Administrative & Database Management
- Create product codes and maintain the product database.
- Keep records of samples, costing, and product development documentation.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in business development, category management, or a relevant lifestyle/F&B/e-commerce role.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with sales data analysis is preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
- Able to lead projects, coordinate across teams, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative and positive mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
