Product Development Chef (F&B)
Job Scope:
- Develop new product recipes and select ingredients.
- Plan and conduct sensory tests and panel sessions for food products.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with food regulations during mass production.
- Monitor and maintain food safety systems and quality control.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B.
- Strong knowledge of Food Science.
- Skilled in cost management and production efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
