Product Development Chef (F&B)

Job Scope:

  • Develop new product recipes and select ingredients.
  • Plan and conduct sensory tests and panel sessions for food products.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with food regulations during mass production.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety systems and quality control.
  • Troubleshoot production and quality issues, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Science.
  • Skilled in cost management and production efficiency.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5 days
