Our Client, in the Automotive Industry located in North East has opening for PDI Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the creation of PDI Repair Orders (RO) to perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costing and assign jobs to in-house contractors (sub-let jobs).
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams on PDI-related activities.
  • Sort, file, and scan Repair Orders.
  • Assist in arranging transport companies for vehicle delivery to end users.
  • Maintain and upkeep work premises for daily operations.
  • Update vehicle readiness and track car movements.
  • Review and validate PDI RO/PO to consolidate final invoicing.
  • Support the Sales Department in preparing new cars for demo displays at designated locations (e.g., shopping centres).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager/Executive on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level / Nitec in Office Skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
