Product Quality Engineer

Our Client:

• Bathroom Solutions Manufacturer
• 5 Days Office Hours
• Changi
• UP $6000 + AWB + VB

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve products in line with customer requirements, while ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability principles are integrated from early stages
• Ownership of product performance from factory production through to customer use and post-sale feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction (NPI), including design reviews, risk assessments (e.g., FMEA), and validation activities
• Analyze product and process performance using data, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support manufacturing and supplier quality by resolving production issues, improving yield, and conducting audits where necessary
• Manage engineering changes and ensure proper documentation, traceability, and impact assessment on product quality

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience in product engineering / quality control
• Experience working with OEM suppliers is highly preferred
