The Role: What You’ll Do

• Lead Conversion: Manage and close sales inquiries coming through our primary business channels.
• Expert Consultation: Help customers navigate our range of products (3D signs, laser engraving, backlit displays) to find the best fit for their budget and brand.
• Precision Quoting: Prepare accurate quotations based on specific customer requirements and material costs.
• Seamless Handover: Communicate technical requirements clearly to our design and production departments to ensure what is sold is exactly what is built.
• Project Tracking: Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
• Account Management: Handle payment collections and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
